• 妊娠をしたかもしれない、妊娠をしたけどどうすればいいか分からないときは一人で悩まないで、すぐに相談をしてください。

日本での妊娠・出産について
妊娠をしてもはたらくことができますし、日本で出産することもできます。日本では、妊娠・出産を理由に会社をやめさせてはいけない、という法律があります。妊娠や出産をしながら働く女性を、法律で守っているのです。外国人技能実習生が妊娠してもこの法律で守られます(技能実習手帳P29にも書いてあります)。 困ったときは、相談してください。

2) 日本で妊娠や出産をする時の在留資格はどうなりますか?
* 在留資格がない人が妊娠した場合もつかえる医療制度があります。
- どうしても出産費用が払えないとき、出産にかかるお金を自治体が払ってくれる制度があります(全額または一部)。住んでいる市町村の役場へ申請します。
- 母子健康手帳をもらうことができます。
- 妊娠中の女性や、うまれた赤ちゃんの健康状態を確認する、定期検診をうけることができます。
- 国がみんなに必要と推奨する、感染症をふせぐワクチンを接種することができます。住んでいる自治体で接種します。
周りの日本人の方へ
- 在留資格がない人が妊娠した場合もつかえる医療制度があります。
- 妊産婦の入所措置、入院助産制度の利用(児童福祉法22条)
- 母子健康手帳の交付、妊娠中・出生後の定期検診(母子健康法16条)
- 定期の予防接種(予防接種法5条)
5) 産みたくないときは、どうすればいいですか?
• 日本の法律では、妊娠22週未満(21週6日)まで人工妊娠中絶できます。
• 日本の法律で認められている中絶の方法は、手術です。入院しなくてもいい場合も多いです。中絶手術は、妊娠初期(12週未満)と、それ以降とでは手術方法がちがい、女性のからだに与える影響にもちがいがあります。もし中絶をするなら、はやく決めるほうがからだへの負担は少なくなります。
• 中絶手術には保険がつかえません。クリニック・病院によって違いますが、妊娠初期の場合で10万円前後となります。妊娠中期で入院が必要となる場合は、入院費について事前に病院に確認してください。
• 中絶をしたあとに、からだやこころにいろいろな変化が出ることがあります。
* からだ…中絶のあと、出血が長く続いたり、つぎの月経がくるのがはやくなったり、遅れたりすることがあります。
*こころ…悪いことをしてしまった、という気持ちから、気分が長いこと落ち込むことがあります。また、妊娠がわかって中絶を決めるまでのあいだに、パートナーが信じられなくなってしまう女性もいます。
• これらの変化は、誰に起きても不思議はないことです。心配なときは、産婦人科や、こころの相談ができるところに、まよわず相談しましょう。
• 出身国から中絶の薬を送ってもらったり、自分で持ちこんだ薬を飲んで中絶すると、日本の法律で罰せられます。
また、医師の診察をうけずに薬を飲んで中絶するのは危険です。
• 困ったときは、すぐに相談をしましょう。

6) 中絶のタイミングをのがして産むしかない状況です。でも産んでも育てられません。もうすぐ出産なのですがどうすればいいでしょうか?
すぐに相談をしてください。医師に相談をせずにあなたひとりで出産をした後に子どもが亡くなったら、日本の法律で罰せられる場合があります。妊娠が分かったらどんな場合でも医師に相談しましょう。
