急に周りの人たちがこわくなり、悪口を言われている感じがします。実際に声も聞こえ ます。どうしたらいいでしょうか?

• 誰かに悪口を言われている感じがするのは「被害妄想」、周りに誰もいないのに話し声や変な音が聞こえるのは「幻聴」という症状の可能性があります。こころやからだが疲れているときにもみられる症状です。
• 症状がくりかえし起こる場合、こころの病気かもしれません。心療内科や精神科を受診してみましょう(➡ 5.8をみてください)。

やることや言うことが前と変わってきて、心配になる同僚がいます。精神科への受診を勧め ましたが、嫌だと言われました。どうすればよいですか?
