3. Có thể tôi đang mang thai. Tôi nên làm gì?

• Khi bạn bị “chậm kinh”, có thể bạn đang mang thai. Khi đó, hãy nhanh chóng thử thai và đến khám tại Khoa Phụ sản.
• Tại Nhật Bản, bạn có thể mua que thử thai tại hiệu thuốc (cửa hàng thuốc) (giá khoảng 500 – 1.000 yên). Thông thường, bạn nên tự thử bằng que thử thai trước, nếu kết quả thử thai là dương tính thì bạn nên đi khám sản phụ khoa.
• Thời điểm bạn nhận ra mình mang thai thường rơi vào khoảng 5 – 6 tuần sau khi mang thai. Nếu muốn sinh con, bạn nên tìm hiểu sớm những thông tin cần lưu ý khi mang thai. Ngoài ra, hãy khai báo về việc bạn đang mang thai cho chính quyền địa phương để được hỗ trợ (Chi tiết xem tại trang 60, phần “Hộp/Thông tin chi tiết”, Mục 3.3 – Nếu sinh con tại Nhật Bản, tôi nên làm gì?).
• Nếu không thể sinh con, bạn có thể chấm dứt thai kỳ trước khi thai nhi đủ 22 tuần tuổi (21 tuần 6 ngày). Ở Nhật Bản, không có hình phạt nào dành cho phụ nữ hoặc bác sĩ thực hiện phá thai. Bạn có thể đến Khoa Phụ sản để thực hiện phá thai một cách an toàn (Chi tiết xem tại trang 61, phần “Thông tin bổ sung”, Mục 3.5
– Khi không muốn sinh con, tôi nên làm gì?).
• Khi nghi ngờ mình đang mang thai, hoặc khi có thai nhưng không biết nên làm gì, hãy xin ý kiến tư vấn ngay lập tức, không nên tự lo lắng một mình.

Về việc mang thai và sinh con tại Nhật Bản
Bạn vẫn có thể tiếp tục làm việc khi đang mang thai và có thể
sinh con tại Nhật Bản. Luật pháp Nhật Bản nghiêm cấm hành vi
buộc nữ lao động thôi việc vì lý do mang thai và sinh con. Phụ nữ làm việc trong khi mang thai và sinh con sẽ được pháp luật bảo vệ. Thực tập sinh kỹ năng người nước ngoài khi mang thai cũng được bảo vệ bởi pháp luật (Xem thêm tại trang 28-29, Sổ tay thực tập sinh kỹ năng). 1) Tôi có thể sử dụng bảo hiểm y tế khi sinh con ở Nhật Bản không?

Về cơ bản, bạn không thể sử dụng bảo hiểm y tế khi mang thai và sinh con, tuy nhiên bạn có thể nhận tiền hỗ trợ từ chính quyền địa phương (thành phố). Sau khi biết mình mang thai, hãy nhanh chóng thông báo với văn phòng của chính quyền địa phương nơi bạn sinh sống để được nhận tiền hỗ trợ.

2) Tư cách lưu trú của tôi sẽ thay đổi như thế nào khi tôi mang thai và sinh con tại Nhật Bản?

Khi thực tập sinh kỹ năng sinh con tại Nhật Bản hoặc Việt Nam, chương trình thực tập kỹ năng sẽ bị tạm dừng. Tuy nhiên, bạn vẫn có thể quay trở lại Nhật Bản sau khi về Việt Nam nghỉ sinh. Thực tập sinh kỹ năng đã làm mẹ vẫn có thể gia hạn hoặc thay đổi tư cách lưu trú.

* Ngoài ra, ở Nhật Bản còn có chính sách y tế dành cho người mang thai là người không có tư cách lưu trú.

  1. Ở Nhật Bản có chính sách hỗ trợ chi trả chi phí sinh con (toàn bộ hoặc một phần) từ chính quyền địa phương nếu bạn không có khả năng thanh toán chi phí này. Để được hỗ trợ, bạn cần nộp đơn đăng ký cho văn phòng của chính quyền thành phố nơi bạn sinh sống.
  2. Bạn sẽ được nhận Sổ tay sức khỏe bà mẹ và trẻ em.
  3. Bạn có thể được thăm khám định kỳ để kiểm tra tình trạng sức khỏe của bản thân khi đang mang thai và tình trạng sức khỏe của đứa trẻ sau khi đứa bé được sinh ra.
  4. Bạn có thể tiêm vắc-xin để phòng ngừa các bệnh truyền nhiễm theo khuyến cáo của Chính phủ. Hãy thực hiện tiêm chủng tại địa phương nơi bạn sinh sống.

Dành cho những người Nhật ở xung quanh sản phụ:

  1. Áp dụng chính sách chăm sóc y tế dành cho sản phụ không có tư cách lưu trú.
  2. Áp dụng các biện pháp tiếp nhận phụ nữ mang thai, chính sách hộ sinh nội trú (Điều 22, Luật Phúc lợi trẻ em).
  3. Phát hành Sổ tay sức khỏe bà mẹ và trẻ em, thực hiện khám định kỳ cho sản phụ trong khi mang thai và sau khi sinh (Điều 16, Luật Sức khỏe bà mẹ và trẻ em).
  4. Thực hiện tiêm chủng định kỳ cho sản phụ (Điều 5, Luật tiêm chủng).

3) Nếu sinh con tại Nhật Bản, tôi nên làm gì?

Trước tiên, hãy đến văn phòng của chính quyền thành phố nơi bạn sinh sống để khai báo về việc mang thai. Tại đây, bạn sẽ được hướng dẫn về cách thức khai báo. Sau khi khai báo, bạn sẽ nhận được Sổ tay sức khỏe bà mẹ và trẻ em. Nhân viên chăm sóc sức khỏe của văn phòng sẽ hỗ trợ bạn cho đến lúc bạn sinh thông qua cuốn sổ tay này.

4) Khi trở về nước để sinh con, tôi phải làm gì?

Nếu thực tập sinh kỹ năng muốn về nước để sinh con, Nghiệp đoàn Quản lý sẽ làm thủ tục với Tổ chức đào tạo thực tập sinh kỹ năng người nước ngoài trước khi thực tập sinh kỹ năng về nước. Để tiếp tục quay lại chương trình thực tập sinh kỹ năng, bạn cần được Tổ chức đào tạo thực tập sinh kỹ năng người nước ngoài phê duyệt Kế hoạch thực tập kỹ năng mới, sau đó nộp đơn lên Cục Quản lý xuất nhập cảnh để xin visa “Thực tập kỹ năng” để có thể quay trở lại Nhật Bản.

5) Khi không muốn sinh con, tôi nên làm gì?

• Theo luật pháp Nhật Bản, sản phụ có thể phá thai dưới 22 tuần tuổi (21 tuần 6 ngày).
• Phương pháp phá thai được luật pháp Nhật Bản cho phép là phẫu thuật. Hầu hết các trường hợp phá thai đều không cần nhập viện. Phương pháp phẫu thuật phá thai sẽ khác nhau tùy theo giai đoạn của thai kỳ (được chia ra thành giai đoạn đầu thai kỳ (dưới 12 tuần) và các giai đoạn sau đó), mức độ ảnh hưởng của phương pháp này đến cơ thể người phụ nữ cũng khác nhau. Nếu có ý định phá thai, bạn hãy đưa ra quyết định càng sớm càng tốt để giảm bớt gánh nặng cho cơ thể.
• Bảo hiểm y tế sẽ không chi trả chi phí phẫu thuật phá thai. Chi phí phẫu thuật sẽ khác nhau tùy theo mỗi phòng khám và bệnh viện. Nếu phá thai ở giai đoạn đầu thai kỳ, bạn sẽ mất khoảng 100.000 yên. Nếu phá thai ở giai đoạn giữa thai kỳ và cần nhập viện, bạn cần liên hệ với bệnh viện trước để biết chi phí nhập viện.
• Sau khi phá thai, thể chất và tinh thần của bạn có thể xuất hiện nhiều sự thay đổi.
* Thể chất: Sau khi phá thai, tình trạng chảy máu âm đạo có thể diễn ra trong một khoảng thời gian dài, chu kỳ kinh nguyệt tiếp theo có thể đến sớm hoặc muộn hơn bình thường.
*Tinh thần: Bạn có thể có cảm giác mình đã làm một việc xấu khiến bạn bị chán nản trong một thời gian dài. Ngoài ra, một số phụ nữ còn mất niềm tin vào bạn đời trong khoảng thời gian từ khi biết mình mang thai đến khi quyết định phá thai.
• Những thay đổi này là điều bình thường và có thể xảy ra với bất kỳ ai. Nếu bạn cảm thấy lo lắng, hãy tham khảo ý kiến của bác sĩ tại Khoa Sản phụ hoặc những nơi chuyên tư vấn tâm lý.
• Việc uống thuốc phá thai được gửi từ quê nhà sang Nhật, hoặc thuốc tự xách tay qua Nhật sẽ bị xử phạt theo quy định của pháp luật Nhật Bản.
Ngoài ra, việc dùng thuốc phá thai khi chưa được bác sĩ thăm khám và kê đơn là vô cùng nguy hiểm.
• Nếu gặp bất kỳ vấn đề hay khó khăn nào, hãy xin ý kiến tư vấn ngay lập tức.

6) Tôi buộc phải sinh con do đã bỏ lỡ giai đoạn cho phép phá thai. Nhưng tôi không có khả năng nuôi dạy con sau khi sinh. Tôi nên làm gì?
