• 精神科/心療内科が近くになかったり、あっても予約が取れないときは、これまでにかかったことのあるクリニック・病院に行って相談してみましょう。専門家を紹介してくれます。
• また、各県には「精神保健福祉センター」があり、専門スタッフによるこころの相談窓口があります(無料)。日本語がわかる人に、下の【日本語の詳しい情報】 をみてもらいましょう。
• たすけてくれる日本語のわかる人がまわりにいないときは、【相談先リスト】にある窓口からベトナム語で相談しましょう。
