心やからだが疲れると、どんな症状がでますか?

心やからだがつかれると、ストレス反応と呼ばれる次のような症状が出ることがあります。
からだ: 頭が痛い、お腹が痛い、食欲がなくなる、便秘や下痢、ねむれない
こころ: 気分が沈む、やる気が出ない、イライラしやすい
行動: 食べ過ぎる、お酒を飲みすぎる、買い物をしすぎる、遅刻をする
認知: 悪いことばかり考える、周りの人が敵に見える、嫌がらせを受けていると感じる
この状態が続くと、病気になる場合もあります。ストレス反応に早めに気づいて、からだを休める、よく眠る、誰かに相談することで、病気になりにくくします。
