今は子どもがほしくありません。どうしたらよいですか?

• いまはまだ子どもはほしくない、と思うなら、避妊をすることで妊娠をさけましょう。
• 日本では、女性だけでできる避妊法が少ないです。男性の協力がとても大切です。男性は責任をもって一緒に考えましょう。
• いわゆる「安全日」(避妊しなくても妊娠しない日)はありません。月経のある女性は、いつでも妊娠する可能性があります。

男性用コンドーム 100円ショップやコンビニ、ドラッグストア。
在留カードなどIDを見せなくても買える。		 1個50円〜100円。通販では100個入り1,500円 (1個15円台) のものもある。
経口避妊(OC) 産婦人科。医師に診察してもらい、そのあと処方箋をだしてもらう。 1回目は、医師の診察と血液検査、処方箋などで約1万円かかる。2回目以降は、1ヶ月ぶんの薬が約2,000円〜3,000円。健康保険は使えません。
子宮内避妊器具(IUS/IUD) 産婦人科。医師に診察してもらい、そこで入れてもらいます。いれる前に検査が必要です。いれた後も定期的に診察があります。 約4万円。1回入れたら、3〜5年間、効果がつづきます。健康保険は使えません。ただし、月経の痛みがひどい人は、それを軽くするために、治療として入れることができます。そのときは、健康保険が使え、約1万2,000円程度と安くなります。
緊急避妊薬(モーニングアフターピル) 婦人科での診察と処方箋が必要。 1万円以上。
健康保険は使えません。
