はい、あります。
- あなたがクリニック・病院で支払うお金(30%)が一定の金額(自己負担限度額)を超えると、いったん支払ったあと3か月くらいで「高額療養費」(図のみどりのところ)が払い戻されます。戻ってくるお金は、その人の所得や年齢で違います。
- あなたがクリニック・病院で支払うお金(30%)がとても高いことが事前にわかっている場合は、はじめから自己負担限度額(図のオレンジのところ)だけを支払う方法があります。クリニック・病院の窓口に「限度額適用認定証」を出すことで、図のみどり色のところを減らせます。限度額適用認定証は、会社の健康保険を持っている人は会社に、国民健康保険の人は住んでいる役所に、欲しいと言ってください。
手続きは、ひとりでは難しいので、病院のソーシャルワーカーなどに相談しましょう。また、近くにいる日本人やベトナム人に相談してみましょう。 重い病気が見つかったとき、手術、入院が必要なとき
