• 会社の相談窓口に相談しましょう。「パワハラ(パワーハラスメント)」かもしれません。「パワハラ」とは、あなたより立場が上の人が、仕事をする上で必要ないほど強く、あなたを言葉で責めたり、暴力をふるったりしてきて、あなたが仕事に行きたくなくなるくらい、こわい思いをさせることです。
• 会社でパワハラを受けた場合、いつ・どこで・誰から・どんな被害を受けたか・どう思ったのかをしっかりと書いておきましょう。言葉の暴力は、「言った・言わない」の争いになることが多いので、音声や動画を録音しておきましょう。暴言が書かれたメールや手紙は、しっかりとっておきましょう。身体的な暴力があった場合には、写真を撮ったり医師の診察を受け診断書をとったりします。
• 会社で相談しても変わらない場合は、監理団体や、【相談先リスト】にある外国人技能実習機構(OTIT)の母国語相談からベトナム語で相談しましょう。
• からだの暴力を受けたら、警察に相談することもできます。
• 都道府県労働局の外国人労働相談窓口に相談することもできます。
