Việc phân xử hành vi bạo hành bằng lời nói thường nảy sinh tranh cãi “đã nói hay không nói”, do đó nếu có thể, hãy ghi âm hoặc quay video lại. Ngoài ra, hãy lưu lại những e-mail, thư từ có chứa từ ngữ bạo lực. Nếu bị bạo hành về thể chất, hãy chụp lại ảnh vết thương, vết bầm, v.v. trên cơ thể và gặp bác sĩ để lấy giấy chẩn đoán.
•Nếu bạn là thực tập sinh kỹ thuật, hãy tìm lời khuyên từ tổ chức giám sát của bạn hoặc từ Trung tâm tư vấn ngôn ngữ bản địa của Hiệp hội thực tập kỹ năng quốc tế (OTIT). (Xem 4-12.).
