Hành vi: Ăn quá nhiều, uống rượu quá nhiều, mua sắm quá nhiều, trễ giờ
Nhận thức: Chỉ nghĩ đến những điều tồi tệ, coi mọi người xung quanh như kẻ thù, cảm thấy bị quấy rối.
Nếu tình trạng này kéo dài thì bạn có thể sẽ đổ bệnh. Vì vậy, bạn cần nhận biết sớm các phản ứng căng thẳng, để cơ thể nghỉ ngơi, ngủ đủ giấc và trò chuyện cùng ai đó để giảm thiểu nguy cơ mắc bệnh.
