• Chúng giúp bạn có thể tiếp tục làm việc tại công ty một cách khỏe mạnh.Để kiểm tra các dấu hiệu sớm của bệnh mà bạn chưa phát hiện, bác sĩ sẽ lấy máu và làm các xét nghiệm khác.Nếu phát hiện sớm bệnh, bạn có thể bắt đầu điều trị sớm và có thể tiếp tục làm việc tại Nhật Bản trong tình trạng sức khỏe tốt cho đến khi hết hợp đồng.Điều này được pháp luật quyết định nên bạn được khuyến khích thực hiện. (Công ty của bạn có nghĩa vụ cung cấp các cuộc kiểm tra sức khỏe này.)
• Nếu bạn không thể thực hiện kiểm tra sức khỏe, trước tiên hãy hỏi công ty của bạn. Nếu bạn là thực tập sinh kỹ năng, hãy tìm lời khuyên từ tổ chức giám sát của bạn hoặc từ Trung tâm tư vấn ngôn ngữ bản địa của Hiệp hội thực tập kỹ năng quốc tế (OTIT). (Xem 4-12.)
