1. Bảo hiểm y tế là gì?
• Bảo hiểm y tế là cơ chế được đưa ra nhằm hỗ trợ thanh toán chi phí y tế phát sinh khi bị thương, bị ốm đau.
• Tại Nhật Bản, tất cả mọi người đều tham gia bảo hiểm y tế nào đó. Người nước ngoài cũng tham gia.
• Để tham gia bảo hiểm y tế, bạn phải thanh toán phí bảo hiểm hàng tháng ngay cả khi bạn khỏe mạnh. Phí bảo hiểm của mỗi người khác nhau tuy theo thu nhập của người đó.
• Nếu tham gia bảo hiểm y tế, số tiền bạn phải thanh toán cho phòng khám, bệnh viện sẽ chỉ còn 30% chi phí thực tế (giảm 70%).
• Nếu tổ chức giám sát có tham gia “Bảo hiểm toàn diện dành cho đào tạo người nước ngoài” (thường được gọi là Bảo hiểm JITCO) thì bạn sẽ được thanh toán khoản tiền 30% bạn phải chi trả tại phòng khám, bệnh viện. Tóm lại, số tiền bạn phải chi trả là không. Hãy xác nhận lại với công ty. Ở Nhật Bản có hai loại bảo hiểm y tế là “Bảo hiểm y tế của công ty” do công ty đăng ký cho người lao động và “Bảo hiểm y tế quốc dân” do cá nhân tự tham gia.
