クリニックと病院は何が違うのですか?
病院:入院のためのベッドが20床以上
クリニック:入院のためのベッドが19床以下
入院のためのベッドが200以上ある大きな病院に行くときに、「紹介状」を持たないで行くと、医療費以外に1000円~8000円くらいのお金がかかります。
受診の方法
日本では、だれでもどこのクリニック・病院でも受診することができます。
- 症状を確認します。
- 症状にあった診療科目のある近くのクリニック・病院を探します。
• 特定の診療科目しないクリニック・病院があります(眼科(目の病気)、耳鼻科(耳や鼻の病気)、歯科(歯の病気)、整形外科(けが)など)
• 入院のためのベッドが200以上ある大きな病院に行くときは、「紹介状」があったほうがよいです。
• 「紹介状」を持たないで大きな病院に行くと、医療費以外に1000円~8000円くらいのお金がかかります。
• 「紹介状」が必要な時は、クリニックでもらうことができます。 - 健康保険証、現金(1万円くらい)、あれば飲んでいる薬をもってクリニック・病院に行きます。
- 受付で症状を伝えます。「健康保険証をみせてください」といわれますので、みせます。
• 身分証明書(在留カード等かパスポート)を見せてくださいと言われることがあります。 - 順番が来たら呼ばれますので、診察を受けます。
• 予約できるクリニックや病院もあります。予約をするとクリニック・病院での待ち時間が少なくなります。
• 受診後は請求書や診断書などは捨てずに保管しておきましょう。次の受診時に必要です。
