Phòng khám và bệnh viện khác nhau như nào?
Bệnh viện: Có từ 20 giường trở lên
phục vụ bệnh nhân nhập viện
Phòng khám: Có từ 19 giường trở xuống
để phục vụ bệnh nhân nhập viện
Nếu đến bệnh viện lớn có quy mô từ 200 giường bệnh trở lên mà không có giấy giới thiệu/giấy chuyển tuyến, ngoài chi phí thăm khám, bạn sẽ mất thêm mức phí khoảng 1.000 – 8.000 yên.
Cách đến khám bệnh tại phòng khám và bệnh viện
Tại Nhật Bản, tất cả mọi người dân đều có thể đến khám ở mọi phòng khám và bệnh viện.
- Xác nhận triệu chứng.
- Tìm phòng khám, bệnh viện gần nơi sinh sống có dịch vụ thăm khám phù hợp với các triệu chứng của bạn.
• Có những phòng khám, bệnh viện không có một số hạng mục thăm khám nhất định (Nhãn khoa (bệnh viện mắt), Khoa tai mũi họng (bệnh viên tai mũi), Nha hoa (bệnh viện nha khoa), Chỉnh hình (chấn thương), v.v.).
• Khi đến bệnh viện có quy mô lớn từ 200 giường bệnh trở lên, nên có “giấy giới thiệu/giấy chuyển tuyến”.
• Nếu đến bệnh viện lớn mà không có “giấy giới thiệu/giấy chuyển tuyến”, ngoài chi phí thăm khám, bạn sẽ mất thêm khoảng 1.000 yên – 8.000 yên.
• Khi cần “giấy giới thiệu/giấy chuyển tuyến”, bạn có thể xin tại phòng khám. - Hãy mang theo thẻ bảo hiểm y tế, tiền mặt (khoảng 10.000 yên), và thuốc
đang uống nếu có khi đến phòng khám, bệnh viện. - Kể lại triệu chứng tại quầy lễ tân. Hãy xuất trình khi bạn được yêu cầu “Hãy cho xem thẻ bảo hiểm y tế của bạn”.
• Có thể bạn sẽ được yêu cầu xuất trình giấy tờ tùy thân (thẻ cư trú, hộ chiếu, v.v.). - Bạn sẽ được thăm khám sau khi được gọi khi đến lượt.
• Có một số phòng khám, bệnh viện có thể đặt lịch trước. Đặt lịch trước sẽ giúp bạn giảm thời gian chờ tại phòng khám, bệnh viện.
• Đừng vứt bỏ hoá đơn và các giấy tờ liên quan sau khi được thăm khám. Bạn sẽ cần chúng vào lần khám tiếp theo.

Bạn có thể tìm kiếm phòng khám và bệnh viện để tiếp nhận điều trị y tế tại Nhật Bản (tiếng Nhật). Nhấp vào「医療機関検索/tìm kiếm cơ quan y tế」 , sau đó chọn 都道府県/tỉnh thành, 言語/ngôn ngữ chọn「その他 /khác」 ,「診療科目/hạng mục thăm khám」 (
Ⅰ1 -11), các hạng mục khác có thể bỏ trống. Mã VI trong hạng mục「診療科および言語/khoa và ngôn ngữ」 trong danh sách kết quả có nghĩa là tiếng Việt.
